This class is designed to shape and define your muscles while improving posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned workout enthusiast, this class offers something for everyone! What to Expect We blend the basic ballet inspired movements of barre with the precision and core focus of Pilates to create a full-body workout that targets every muscle group. You’ll use a ballet barre, to sculpt and tone, all while incorporating Pilates principles like controlled breathing and mindful movement. Full-Body Toning: Expect to tone and tighten your arms, legs, glutes, and core with a combination of barre exercises and Pilates-inspired moves. Core Activation: Pilates principles focus on building core strength, so the end of class focuses on 10 minutes mat work to engage your abdominals, lower back, and obliques to improve posture and stability. Improved Flexibility: The Pilates elements of the class help stretch and lengthen muscles, improving flexibility and range of motion. Increased Endurance: Barre exercises involve repetitive movements designed to build muscular endurance, helping you to tone and sculpt long, lean muscles. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. You may be eligible to use this 'credit' at a different class / event. Please contact the studio direct. If you are a member then you can use your 'class' at a different time within the monthly membership. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made.
